We examine carefully our investments in order to insure the inclusion of a focus on the realty that diversity, equity & inclusion do not happen in organizations without a purposeful focus.  We are realists and believe that all forms of discrimination can take root anywhere and therefore to build truly dynamic and inclusive organizations it must be consistently focused upon.  Increasingly, many organizations, under political pressure, are backing away from this realty.  We believe the best organizations are not.
